"This is a fine piece of work, even if I do say. I concocted my own ink from various blends of black and red and scratched it into the paper with antique steel pens. The brown ink was only partially water-proof and, after just a little drying time, I washed the drawing with water to make it bleed. A few days later, once I was certain it was dry, I etched white lines into the flooded ink with diluted bleach."-BWS
