神术施法者可以使用其他神术职业抄写的卷轴，只要该施法者的职业法术列表中有此法术，并且该施法者的施法属性达到要求，即可尝试启动卷轴。
以上并不是某些团的房规，而是对官方规则的正确理解。
证据一：DMG里的规则就不贴上来了，里面没有任何地方提到使用者与抄写者的职业必须相同。
证据二：WOTC官网上的规则分析文章系列[Rules of the Game]的[Using Magic Items]专题同样没有提到这种要求。
证据三：因为3E和3R在使用卷轴规则上是99%相同的（不同只在3R规定了使用卷轴也受奥术失败率影响），因此根据3E的官方FAQ，第32页的两个关于使用卷轴的问题，第一个问题是问一名未达到6级的术士能否使用法师抄写的火球术卷轴，答案是肯定的：

第二个问题的回答则说明了使用卷轴的三大基本要求，其中第一条描述如下：
