特大好消息！HBO买下了冰火的版权，准备一册出一季！

HBO to Adapt A Song of Ice and Fire
Variety and CHUD.com report that HBO has acquired the rights to turn George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” into a dramatic series! The plan is for each season to cover one novel. In the first season, George is set to script one of the episodes himself, with the rest written by the executive producers, David Benioff ("Troy" and D.B. Weiss ("Halo").

This is a major step towards bringing the series to the screen, but it should be noted that no production date has been set, and questions such as where the series would film are still open.

HBO是收费的，兄弟可以去看HBO的历史大作ROME，血腥色情是家常便饭

正是ROME预示了冰火电视版的惨淡前景

投资太高（基本花在搭景上了，战争和其它大场面全部略过不拍，改由之后某人来讲故事），回报不理想，只怕到第二季度就CANCEL

而冰火的投资至少会比ROME高出两三倍

大场面的，拍个MINI电视台还能承受，SERIES根本是无可能的

詹姆：   Brat Pitt？ 感觉Pitt的古装不够帅。。。。在Troy中傻得要死，还是换成Orlando Broom吧，他在《天朝帝国》中蛮帅的。。。不过不够邪气。。。也许演罗伯更适合。
瑟熹：   Angelina Julie，非你莫属。。。。野性，性感。
Cat：   凯特·布兰切特。。。。《魔戒》中的精灵女王，《The Missing》中寻找女儿的母亲，演得把坚强和脆弱集于一身，首选啊。。。而且名字也叫Cate Blanchett。。。
泰温：  安东尼霍普金斯。。。没有比这家伙更有城府的了。
Ned：  丹泽尔 华盛顿， 这家伙天生就是一脸正气！不过这个肤色问题。。。。


不过HBO铁定请不起。。。。除非这些人自己降低片酬。。。。

想想去年追的美剧就Heroes和Prison Break存活！可怕！
不知道美国观众对这个感不感冒

大家不用担心冰火系列在国内一直很小众了，看看现在的美剧迷的数量吧。：）有了影视，从不接触奇幻作品的人也会被吸引过来的。

It is not a green light to start production next week. The next step will be for the two writers/producers to create the story bible, do a couple of scripts to show HBO what they want to film. Then HBO will, in its own time, decide if they want to invest tens of millions of dollars in producing - what? I\'m not sure if HBO does what broadcast tv would call a \'pilot\'. But it\'s likely that something like a pilot would be created before HBO gave a full green light to an entire season.

And right now, that first season would be just AGoT.

Given what we know of the way Hollywood works, I don\'t think it\'s likely that we\'d actually see AGoT on HBO until 2009. We might get lucky - HBO might see the enthusiasm of the fan base as a good sign, and take that into consideration in green lighting production and scheduling.
