How do you guyz input these?

If not in Tengwar, I usually input Quenya in &amp;Eacute;spenal(Spanish) Fonts, with my Windows 2000  English Version.<br><br>But meanwhile I lose the ability to input Chinese.<br><br><u><b>and can you see the text correctly below? It seems that &quot;i&quot; and &quot;e&quot; with diaeresis could not be displayed correctly in this WEB.<br><br>maybe the HTML font code : GB2312<br><br>can not display these correctly.<br><br>I used Spanish to input these above.

嗯，乱码问题。<br><br>之前我也试过用e头上有两点的，还有分隔符，全都乱码啊....很多欧洲字符显示不出来，为什么呢？<br><br>这我移到站务去问吧。 <!--emo&^_^--><img src='http://vampire.l18.bizcn.com/bbs_en/html/emoticons/happy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='happy.gif'><!--endemo-->
